PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND EXCHANGES
All orders will be tracked via our courier companies. Orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday’s (unless closed for public holidays.)
Australia Post is signature required.
Express Courier is not signature required and will be left in a safe place at your property.
We can not be held responsible for deliveries, once they have left our warehouse.
Little Bento World has an automated postage system and orders will be sent to the exact address entered as shipping when your order is placed online. We take no responsibility for orders being sent to incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, or failure to accept a delivery (ie. post box notification slips) you will be charged additional postage to re-deliver the goods.
AFTERPAY & ZIPPAY CUSTOMERS
All orders placed and paid for by Afterpay and zipPay will be fulfilled as requested. By placing an order with Afterpay and zipPay, you are acknowlede and agree to their terms and conditions as well as Little Bento World’s terms and conditions.
PICK UP OPTION – Bibra Lake, Western Australia
If you live in the Perth Metropolitan Area you may pick up your parcel, during school hours 10am – 2pm Tuesdays and Fridays and Saturday 9-12pm from our warehouse/shop.
Unit 1, 35 Sustainable Avenue, Bibra Lake.
Select Local Pick Up at the checkout, once you have logged in. You will receive an email when your order is ready – please check your spam folder as often the emails end up there!
Please note that if your order is not responded to or is not collected within a week of your confirmation email regarding pick up times, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
We currently ship to NZ, USA, UK, France, Malaysia, Japan and Hong Kong up to $120 worth of products.
For International orders outside these areas and order amount – please email email@example.com so we can see if we can ship to you.
Goods are subject to availability. Every effort is made to ensure items that are displayed on the website are available to purchase. If our supplier is unable to supply a product for whatever reason we will have this product removed from the website.
Little Bento World accepts Paypal payments, Credit Card payments, Afterpay.
All orders will be shipped within 5 working days of received payment clearance.
We process all orders daily at 2pm, Monday to Friday (Weekend orders will be processed Monday.) Orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday’s (unless closed for public holidays).
All Little Bento World orders can take from 2-10 business days to arrive. If you have not received your order within 10 business days you should contact Little Bento World at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept responsibility for any lost packages after package has been sent with tracking.
Refund / Replace / Change of Mind Policy / Products Missing from Order
If you find your products are not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
Exchanges are only given if the item is unused with all packaging still intact. Items opened and out of original packaging can not be refunded.
The return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Little Bento World will charge an extra delivery fee, for all items exchanged.
There is no refund or exchange for sale items.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery, a replacement product will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we have either receive the faulty return, we will refund the cost of postage upon receiving the faulty product, or seen a photo of the damaged product. If the product can not be immediately replaced due to being out of stock, the product item amount will be refunded. We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty.
All discrepancies with orders received must be address within 7 days of receiving the order.
After 7 days, Little Bento World reserve the final right to determine if orders with discrepancies will be addressed at our discretion.
Please keep in mind that although our products are designed for children, they are not indestructible.

GIFT VOUCHERS, COUPON CODES AND REWARDS SYSTEM
All Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of sale unless stated on the voucher.
Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
Vouchers not used within the timeframe will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated validity period.
Each coupon is identified by a Coupon Code and has different requirements and rewards.
Coupon values are as specified on the coupon.
Limit of one coupon per household.
Coupons are intended for single use only. No two coupon codes can be used on a single order.
Coupon Codes do not include shipping.
Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer.
In the case of a multiple-item order, the value of the coupon is allocated to each item based on the proportion of the item’s value to the total value of all items, excluding shipping.
Every order will earn points. 1 point per $1 spent on your order. To redeem your points for discount on your order, you must already have over 200 points collected. 15 points redeemed equals $1 discount on your order. Redeeming points does not include shipping.
Coupon codes and Gift Vouchers are not valid when redeeming points for discounts.
You will see your Reward Points awarded when Order Status reaches Completed (after shipment).
